Fees
53 minute individual sessions are $165 and $215 for family sessions.
After much thought and many challenges, I have decided not to work directly with most insurance companies. I am, however, still an In-Network provider with First Choice until March 3, 2023. If you have a different insurance, I am considered an Out-of-Network provider. I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Most private health insurance plans provide some level of out-of-network reimbursement. If you see the terms “POS”, “PPO” or “out-of network” on your insurance card then you are likely eligible. If you see “HMO”, “Medicare” or “Medicaid” then you probably do not. Check with your insurance company or HR rep to be sure.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify me as soon as you know you must miss an appointment. You must cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged in full for the session. Please note that insurance does not reimburse for late cancellations.
